Shipping Policy

SciPacks are shipped by the 25th of each month. After the initial release of the SciPacks, they will be shipped within 3-5 business days. All other merchandise is shipped between 3-5 business days. No international shipping at this time.

Return Policy

You're not completely satisfied with your product? Let’s see how we can help.

Once you receive your order, you have 30 days to return it for a prompt refund (issued in the same method of payment as the original payment) or replacement.

Depending on the condition of a used or damaged product, store credit may be issued instead of a full refund.

We recommend that you return items via an insured and trackable mail service. Email scienceteachermom@emacq.com to receive an address to ship your return.
